Army Training Information System

is an online training and education system for Soldiers and civilians. In here you will be able to complete your Developmental Leaders Course (DLC) Equal Opportunity (EEO), and a variety of other courses some of which are mandatory. You will require a CAC to access the site.

Defense Travel System (DTS)

You’ll need this for some travel reimbursement when your orders require it. It is not the most intuitive system, so have your unit ARA or Ops and Training NCO help you.

Army Pubs

Your one stop shop for every Army form, doctrine, and training aid.

DFAS

Access LES statements, get your W2, or find your region’s contact for Reserve pays issues.

iPerms

Whenever you receive an award, orders, or other important document make sure your ARA uploads it to iPerms. Audit iPerms regularly to make sure all your files are in there, especially, if you are new to the Army.

milConnect

Extremely useful site to update personal and benefit information along with digitally signing your SLGV and DD93.

RCMS

Use this site to look at your SRB and download a copy. Your UA will have access to update it.

EES

This Evaluation Entry System is where you’ll complete all your OERs and NCOERs. They have to be done in this system, so take the training on the site for it.
